Ordered a product online that claimed to be FDA approved, can't get a refund

I ordered a product from the Memopezil website based on their claims. They had an FDA approved logo right on their Guarantee page. But then later in the ad, the fine print says the statements haven't been evaluated by the FDA. Our doctor told us not to take it because it could cause a serious reaction with my wife's condition and prescriptions.

I tried calling them on 2/25, got put on a callback queue, and no one ever called back. I sent emails to [email protected] on 3/9 and then to [email protected] on 3/11. As of 3/14, no response at all.

On 3/14 I tried calling again. The phone immediately goes to 'call ended'. I tried three times, same thing. Used a different phone too, same result. I'm out over $312.

The address on the bottle is in Lakeland, Florida. The return address on the package they sent was a shipping department in Largo, FL. My only option now is to try and dispute it with my credit card company.
