Ordered memory supplement from a Facebook ad, turned out to be a total scam

I saw an ad on Facebook for a memory supplement called Memopezil and ordered six bottles. The ad had videos with Dr. Gupta and other people talking about this big breakthrough, and it promised a 60-day money back guarantee. We even talked to a doctor who said my husband couldn't take it because of his other medications.

So I tried to cancel and get a refund. I used the live chat, I sent an email to [email protected], and I called the number (507) 448-8190. Nothing worked, they were completely non-responsive. Then I looked it up online and found out the whole thing is a scam. They're using AI videos of Dr. Gupta and those other people. It's not even FDA approved.

I lost $314.58 to these people.
