Meridian Moving Systems

Review: I utilized Meridian moving services to move to Brooklyn in July 2009. At that time, my couch would not fit into my apartment, so I accepted their offer to store the couch at one of their facilities on Long Island for a monthly fee. Since then, I have been paying them monthly for storage. I would like to assess the condition of the couch, as it has been stored for nearly four years. I would also like to make arrangements to move the couch to a different facility. Both my husband and I have left numerous voicemail messages since 5/**/13, which have gone unanswered. I also sent a certified letter. According to tracking information, a notification was left on 6/*/13 but the letter was never picked up from the Post Office.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to contact me and set up a time when I can come out and look at the couch and make a plan to move the couch out of their warehouse.
