Got a call saying I won a car and millions from a company called messages

A man from messages called me. He asked why I hadn’t responded to their letters. Then he said they overlooked my winning and he was sorry about that.

He told me I won a 2025 Honda car and 35 million dollars that’s in an offshore account. They are based in NC, USA. The call came from (910) 902-7009.

They said I needed to pay $35.95 to get my winnings. It didn’t make any sense to me. I never signed up for anything from them.
