Ordered a product and they say it was delivered but I never got it

I ordered something from this website on February 12, 2026. They gave me a tracking number about a week later. Then two weeks after that I got a notification saying the package was delivered.

I waited a week and didn't see anything so I contacted them on March 23. They said they would resend it on March 26. Then again it said delivered. I waited a few more days and contacted them again asking for a refund because nothing ever showed up. They said they would only give me 70% back because they have proof it was delivered but they couldn't tell me which parcel company actually delivered it. I still have no idea who delivered it. Their tracking system is for out of country packages.

The website only has an email, no phone number. My credit card company cant track it either so they wont refund me. I lost $34.99.
