Fake job interview asked for my bank name and driver's license

I saw a post on Facebook about a remote job at the Cleveland Clinic. A woman messaged me and asked if I had Microsoft Teams, and to get the app if I didn't. Then a guy named John Fairley, who said he was the hiring manager, asked me a bunch of normal interview questions. It all seemed believable.

He had me upload my resume and a picture of the front of my driver's license. They even asked me for the name of my bank. Later that night, this man contacted me again. He said he and the board of directors wanted to congratulate me. He told me he would send me an email and a W-2 form to sign. He kept saying, "Is that clear?" The whole thing felt off after I thought about it.
