Ordered from Midwoodsoles.com and got sent the wrong item

I ordered something from midwoodsoles.com and they sent me a completely different product. It's not what I bought at all. I tried to contact them about it and tried to return it, but they're just ignoring me. I lost $135.

I emailed [email protected] and got nothing back. I looked this up online and it turns out they do this to other people, too. The address they have is 13 West St in East Hanover, NJ. It's just frustrating. I paid for one thing and got something else, and now they won't even reply.
