Voicemail about a $29,000 loan at 6.1 percent

Got a voicemail from someone saying I could get a $29,000 loan at 6.1 percent. They told me to call back at 877-578-1940 first, then said to call another number at 855-580-2332. The guy on the message named himself Mike Mayer.

No company name was given, just those phone numbers. The voicemail felt weird, like they were pushing me to call back fast. I didn't lose any money but it seemed like a credit card scam. The number that called me was (267) 967-0344 from Philadelphia, PA.
