Ordered pants online and got a cheap fake instead

I saw these pants on social media and their website, so I ordered them. What showed up was nothing like the pictures. It was like a polyester silk screen, just a cheap Jeanne-like picture printed on fabric. The pockets were lined with white fabric, and so was the inside of the pants. The pockets didn't even lie flat, so the white lining was poking out and showing.

I asked for a refund and to return them right away, within their 14-day period. I sent the pictures they asked for of my order and the pants. Then they just started ignoring my emails. I called the company and was put on hold for 60 minutes. The automated system said I was number 20, then 17, 14, and 10. Then it reset back to 20 and did the same countdown two more times while I waited. That's when I knew it was a scam. They took my money and sent a counterfeit product.
