Ordered jeans from MilaRosabella and got cheap sweatpants instead

I ordered what was supposed to be jeans from MilaRosabella.com. What they sent me was a very cheap pair of sweatpants that looked nothing like the advertisement. I paid $52.90 for this.

When I first contacted them, I got a person named Jessica Puntro. She said their warehouse couldn't take returns temporarily but they would refund me as soon as they could. We went back and forth in several emails.

Now the latest email from the same Jessica says the company changed hands. They claim they have no record of my purchase or payment. But I have all the records on my end. It just doesn't make sense.
