Paid $200 for a package that needs fake security seals to enter the US

I ordered from mimosahostilisusa.com and lost $200. They said they sent the package and gave me a shipping number for some company called "Cargopoint Logistics". But then they told me the package needs 4 security seals to rent for an extra $356 just to get into the United States. That didn't make sense to me.

All the money was requested through Chime banking. The address they have is in CA, USA. I never got the package and they just keep pushing for more money.
