Paid for perfume they didn't have, refunds never came

I saw products on the Miris Perfume website and placed an order. They took my payment but then it turned out they didn't even have the items. I got a refund the first time. I tried to order again. This time they said only 2 items were delivered, but they weren't. They never refunded me for the other 3 items. I know I gave them the correct address. Now the person I'm emailing with says they're going to go after the delivery company to get reimbursed. I'm out $80 and I never got my perfume.
