Ordered a dress online and got something completely different

I bought a dress from the website MissRosier.com. I ordered it based on the picture they advertised. What showed up at my door was nothing like what I thought I purchased. It's a completely different item.

I contacted their customer service to ask for a refund and how to send it back. They wouldn't give me a refund or a return label unless I spent more money. They said an exchange would cost me an extra $70. To return it, I'd have to pay for shipping myself. Or I could just keep the dress and get 25% store credit.

I wrote back and told them again the dress they sent was not what I ordered. They still wouldn't give me any return information unless I agreed to one of their options. I'm out $277 and stuck with a dress I don't want.
