Ordered a dress that did not fit and got a sob story about cancer

I ordered something from modernbabylasvegas.com and when it came the item was nothing like the picture and it didn't even fit right. So I emailed their support team asking for a refund.

Then they texted my cell phone. The person said they would get fired if they approved the refund and then they started saying their mom had cancer. I lost $504.99 on this. They are located in Las Vegas, NV.
