Bought clothes from TikTok shop and never got my money back

I ordered two piece sets from moodxa.com, I found them on TikTok. It said delivery would take 10 to 20 days. I checked the tracking and it said delivered but I never got the package. I emailed them and they refused a refund at first, they wanted to reship. I said no and asked for my money back. They agreed but it's been over a month now. Every email I get just says 15-20 days and something about a delay in the refund process. I think they are just giving me the run around. I lost $54.78.

Ordered clothes from Moodxa and never got them

I ordered 8 outfits from Moodxa.com. It was $27.89 with shipping. I never got the stuff. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The address they had listed is in Milwaukee, WI but it says unknown not listed so I don't even know if it's real. I just want my money back or the clothes.

Ordered leggings from a TikTok ad, never got them

I saw their ad on TikTok for 8 legging sets for only $25.00. It was supposed to be a wholesale site. I placed the order.

About a month later, they marked it as delivered using the tracking number they gave. I emailed to say I didn't get it. They said they'd resend it expedited. Then they told me it was delivered again. Still nothing, no package anywhere. I checked my ring camera and there were no deliveries.

This place is a scam. The prices are way too low.
