Ordered from Moonstone Vintage LA, package lost, and now they won't refund me.

I placed an order with Moonstone Vintage LA and my package never showed up. I even checked with FedEx. They confirmed they lost it, which you can see in the email and case I have. But FedEx said they can only pay the seller for the loss, not me.

So I contacted the seller about getting a refund for my lost order. They aren't responding to me at all now. They have my money and I have nothing. It's $3849.

This feels completely wrong. They have my money for a package that got lost and they just ignore me. I believe under California law this is illegal and it breaks my rights as a customer. They're at [email protected] and their site is moonstonevintagela.com.
