Ordered a dress that never came, now they won't give my money back

I ordered a dress from Mooyius.com on March 11th and it never showed up. I contacted them and they told me to pick a replacement item. I tried to do that twice, and both times they said the thing I picked was out of stock. Now they won't refund my $291.21 either.

I actually have another order with this same site that's stuck in the same kind of situation. I sent my request to their customer service email, [email protected]. But the replies I get come from some other email called "Email 12." It just feels off.
