Got a fake letter pretending to be my mortgage lender

I got this letter in the mail that's pretending to be my mortgage company. It's talking about a home warranty and says "you have not called us yet." It felt off right away. The letter had a phone number on it, (877) 888-3628, and an address in Illinois. I know this isn't from my real mortgage lender. I didn't call them and I didn't lose any money, but it's clearly a scam trying to get people to call. They're just phishing.
