Postcard about a mortgage with a bank I never used
I don't have a mortgage with Southern First Bank. Never did business with them. Then I looked at the fine print on the bottom of the postcard. It says all the info was provided by Mortgage Services Group, LLC with a different number 877-899-1809. And it says they are not even affiliated with Southern First Bank. So it's just some random company sending out postcards pretending to be about a real bank. Felt like a phishing thing.

But I haven't had a loan with Evergreen since I bought my house back in 2021. They sold my loan to someone else after that. So this doesn't make sense.
Then I looked closer and in really small letters at the bottom it says all the info is from something called Mortgage Services Group, LLC, with a different number 877-899-1809. And it says they are not even affiliated with Evergreen. So basically this is just some random company sending me a fake urgent letter. Feels like a phishing thing.
Getting postcards about my mortgage from a company I don't know
The postcard has two phone numbers: 833-382-6707 and 877-899-1809. It says the company is Mortgage Services Group, LLC. The postage paid info shows Daytona BCH FL permit number 457.
I haven't called them. It just feels off. I'm worried these people might try to scam my house or try to put a mortgage in my name somehow. I don't want anything to do with them.

It says they're not affiliated with or sponsored by my bank. The whole thing felt off, like it was trying to trick me into calling by making it seem urgent and connected to my actual bank. I never signed up for anything from this Mortgage Services Group.

I figured it was a scam right away. Now I know for sure it is. [censored]ers.
