Letter about a closed mortgage I never had with no company name

I got this letter saying I was being notified about a recently closed mortgage that was recorded on 5/20/2026. It said to call about an important matter on the loan and that it was time sensitive. Told me to call 800-955-0061 and had a respond by date of 6/22/26.

Then in really small letters in the lower right hand corner it said all loan information is public record and that this was not endorsed by any government agency or lending institution. Also said to contact MP Service Center at 888-778-5764. Whole thing just felt strange.
