Voicemail saying I’m evasive and noncompliant about a debt

Got a voicemail from someone named Mrs. Clark saying she’s with payment processing. She said it was urgent for Dude Elchin—which isn’t my name. She said they’ve been trying to reach me by mail and phone, but I never got anything from them.

She said their client flagged me as evasive and noncompliant, and to call back at 409-761-7631 to avoid more penalties. I didn’t press one or call back. This just felt strange, like they were trying to scare me into calling. No company name was given, no proof of any debt.
