Voicemail saying they're filing documents and I'm flagged as evasive

Got this voicemail and it just felt off right away. They said my name wrong, like they didn't even know who they were calling. Some woman named Mrs. Clark from payment processing said they're getting ready to file something in my case and they've been trying to reach me by mail and phone but I guess I'm not answering. Said their client flagged me as evasive and non-compliant. Then they said to call back at 409-761-7631 or press one to talk to someone. The whole thing was just weird, like they were trying to scare me into calling. I don't owe anything and I never got any mail from them. The number is from Breese Illinois but I don't know anyone there.
