Ordered toys from an Instagram ad, never got them and the website is gone

I saw an ad for Mudsterz.com on Instagram. On March 17th, I bought two toys from their site for $134.89. After I paid, I never got any shipping info or a confirmation.

I tried to contact them to find out where my order was. I sent emails to [email protected] and I filled out the Contact Us form on their website. I did that several times. Nobody ever wrote back.

Then I tried to cancel the order and get a refund. I sent more emails and used the contact form again. Still no response from anyone. Today, April 10th, I went back to the website to try one more time and the whole site doesn't even work anymore. It's just gone.
