Review: Very disappointed with product description and customer service for this company. I ordered shutters advertised at 27" height and received shutters that were 27-3/4"height. Maybe not a big deal expect that they wouldn't work for me between the window trim that extended above and below the windows on my project. I knew that I needed 27" shutters when I ordered them, not 27-3/4". When I contacted their customer service to explain, I had to keep sending them pictures and got the run around for +2 weeks. Their response was that I should pay to ship them back and they would deduct a 20% restocking fee from my purchase price. Their website had no indication that the dimensions would be different from what they advertised. I went back and double check to ensure I hadn't missed anything in the product description.Desired Settlement: For MyHomeSupply to fully refund my investment in their product given they supplied incorrect dimensions on their product.
