Signed up for a trial but got charged for stuff I didn't agree to

So I went to sign up for a trial on their site, and right away there's pop-ups trying to add extra stuff to the trial. I closed them. But I guess closing the pop-ups meant I said yes? I got charged two 2-week fees right along with my trial. Then they signed me up for a recurring fee for 2 subscriptions every 2 weeks.

I called and the first rep said they knew this was a problem. Said they could only refund half. That never happened either. Their content is defective too, the books don't make any sense and there's no cohesion. I just wanted a 3 day trial. This isn't the first time they've done this. Address is 400 South 4th St Suite 500, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Lost $30.98.
