Ordered engraved travel wallet, they keep sending fake tracking links

I placed an order for a travel wallet with my initials engraved on it from myanorak.com. I’ve contacted them four times now. The third time they finally responded and said it was on the way, and they reminded me I had engraving. They gave me a tracking number that made it look like it had shipped.

Last time I emailed them I said I was going to contact the BBB. They sent me another tracking link, but when you click on it, it just says “preparing shipment.” That was six days ago. I’m pissed. I lost $74 and got nothing.
