Ordered heated hoodies months ago, never got them

I ordered three of those heated hoodies from mycozzies.com after seeing a link on Facebook. I paid $70. The UPS tracking said it was supposed to be delivered back on December 12th. It's now March 17th and I never got anything.

UPS says it was delivered using some "commercial inside release" method, but they don't have a photo or any proof. When I tried to file a claim with them, they denied it because it's past their 60-day window. That's just ridiculous. This whole thing feels like a scam. I tried contacting the company at [email protected] and got nowhere.
