Ordered incense online and got blocked after paying

I placed an order on this website for incense. Never got the item. An employee reached out to me and said I had to pay through Apple Pay. So I sent the money. It was $300. As soon as the payment went through they blocked me. I can't get ahold of anyone. The email they used was [email protected]. Nothing shows up on the site anymore either.
