Charged for a monthly subscription I tried to cancel multiple times

I was on the MyPerfectResume website and clicked what I thought was a one-time charge. Next thing I know, they start taking $23.95 out every month for a subscription. I never wanted that.

I messaged them to cancel it. I’ve called them twice now to get it stopped. The last time I called, the guy said he couldn’t find any subscription under my name. Then he asked me for my full credit card number. I refused to give it to him and just hung up. The whole thing felt like a scam.

They’ve taken $47.90 from me so far. I just want the charges to stop and my money back.
