Tried to get auto insurance from them and now they won't give my money back

I talked to this company about auto insurance. I tried to get a policy and they just refused to give up any information. They took my 195 dollars and will not give it back.

They hung up on me. There is no supervisor, manager or anybody on site at all. They said a call back takes 72 hours. They refused to help me with anything else. Their email is [email protected] and the number is 1(800) 515-1896.
