Got a weird letter about my house from Navy Federal

I got this letter in the mail. It's about my property at 1335 Lambs Grove Road in Elizabeth City, NC. It says it's regarding my lender, Navy Federal Credit Union. The letter says they reserve the right to revoke some allocated waiver after 7 days of getting the notice. It just felt off. I never signed up for anything like this. The contact info on it was a phone number, (800) 973-9029, and an email, [email protected]. That email looks fake. The whole thing doesn't make sense to me. I didn't lose any money, but it seems like a phishing attempt. I just wanted to report this strange letter.
