Ordered two portfolios and a fireproof pouch, never got anything

I saw the website nebixshop.com and made a purchase. I bought two of those portfolio things to keep personal records and also a fireproof pouch. I paid $88.94 for it all.

I never received a single thing. No packages, no tracking, nothing showed up. I tried the email they have, [email protected], but it's just no reply. The whole thing feels like I just sent my money into the air. I want my money back for an order I never got.
