Ordered a dress that came from China, poor quality, no refund

I saw an ad for NelsonAndParker.com showing nice dresses. It made it seem like they were coming from the USA, like New York or something.

The product came from China instead. The quality is really poor, nothing like the pictures.

Their site promised a money back guarantee within 30 days. I tried to get my money back for this, but that's not the case. They aren't honoring it. I lost $69.

Ordered clothes from a supposed New York store, got untraceable package from China

I placed an order on the website NelsonAndParker.com. It claims to be a clothing store based in New York. After I paid $125.91, the shipping information I got was for a package coming from China. The tracking doesn't work, it's completely untraceable. I've tried to contact the company through their email for support but they do not respond at all. I lost my money.
