Ordered clothes two months ago, no update and no replies to my messages

I placed an order on the website nemesisclo.com two months ago. I haven't gotten any update on my order since then. I've tried reaching out multiple times to their support email, [email protected], but I haven't gotten a single response back.

It was for $190. I paid for the items but I haven't received anything, not even a shipping notification. The whole thing just feels off. There's no communication at all.
