Charged $199 for printer setup that didn't work, now they won't answer

I got a message from a company saying they were a contractor for HP and could help me set up my new printer. After they worked on the software, they told me my computer was stopping it from working and they needed to fix my computer, which cost $199. So I paid.

The printer never did work like they promised. They also tried to sell me antivirus software, saying my computer wasn't protected. But I already have an active McAfee subscription. Now they refuse to give me my money back.

The charge came through something called Nerd Expert. I tried the number they gave, 678-939-3916, but nobody ever answers.
