Ordered clothes online but they sent wrong stuff and won’t refund

I ordered from this online clothing company Nevala.co.uk. They had some stuff I liked so I paid $82.00. That was a mistake.

They sent me the wrong items. Not even close to what I ordered. I tried to get them to fix it or just give me my money back. They won’t do anything. I sent emails and nothing. They have an address too 2452 Gillingham circle in Thousand Oaks CA but I don’t know if that’s even real.

So now I’m out 82 dollars and stuck with clothes I didn’t want. Just a total waste.
