Complaint[redacted] has been working on my house for few years and mostly have done a good job. He installed a natural gas line on the deck last year and charged close to $500 for it. He promised that once I've purchased a natual gas grill, he will come to my home and connect it. I have been trying reach him for more than a month but he either kept giving excused or lately simply ignore my calls. I tried to install it myself but the gas started leaking which is extremely dangerous especially with 3 small kids in my home.Desired SettlementI'd like him to finish the job and address any issue with the gas line.
