Got a job offer call from Nexfold Transport that seems fake

I got a call from someone saying they were from Nexfold Transport. The number was (970) 788-2915. They offered me a job and started describing it, and what they said matched exactly what you find if you just google "nexfold transport." That felt really off, like they were just reading from a search result.

They gave me a website, https://nexfoldtransport.com/, and an email, [email protected]. They also said their address was 4900 Nautilus Ct N Unit 215 in Boulder, CO. The whole thing was for an employment offer, but it didn't make any sense. I didn't send any money, but the call was just strange and seems like a scam.

Got a random job offer from Nexfold Transport that seems fake

I got a random job offer from Nexfold Transport for repackaging shipped items. They offered $4500 a month plus bonuses. Their website at www.nexfoldtransport.com seemed okay at first but it's actually an AI site. I emailed first to [email protected] from two separate emails, then they called me from a Colorado cell phone number I provided. The lady on the phone had a hidden Indian accent. The whole thing felt off.

Got a fake job offer call, gave them my driver's license info

I got a phone call saying I was chosen for a job opportunity. They asked if I wanted the position and then sent an email link. I put in my name, address, and phone number. They also had me send a copy of my photo ID, front and back, and a picture.

They said they'd do a background check and reach out in 24 hours. But then I looked into the company. I realized it's a scam. Now they have my driver's license and all my information.

Contacted about a home packaging job that asked for my ID and selfie

I saw a job posted on Indeed for a Packaging Assistant. Then I got a phone call from someone saying they were from Nexfold Transport. They said the job was to receive packages at my home and then deliver them again through FedEx or UPS.

They promised a $5,000 monthly salary plus an extra $30 for each extra package delivered. They asked me to send a picture of the front and back of my ID, and then a selfie of me holding my ID. That felt off to me.

After the call, I was contacted by an email from something called Pinecrate Logistics, not Nexfold. The whole thing just doesn't make sense and I didn't proceed.

Got a suspicious job offer call from someone named Cindy

I got a call from someone named Cindy. She said she was offering me a job where I'd get packages at my home and then have to repackage them to ship internationally. She said the pay was $4400 plus a bunch of bonuses.

She sent me a video link to a site called www.nexfoldtransport.com/video.html that said the same thing. But when I asked her questions, she couldn't direct me to anyone else to confirm it. She couldn't even tell me who the CEO of the company was. She said she only knew the warehouse manager.

That didn't make any sense to me. I told her this wasn't a legitimate business and then I hung up. The whole thing felt off.
