Got an official-looking document using my business name and info

I got this document from NextStepFilings.co that looked quite official. They used my business name, and my name and address on it. They even offered a QR code for quick payment and talked about a $10.00 savings if you completed the online "registration" on their site.

Their address is just a PO box at 300 Lenora St. #1233 in Seattle. And their website is a .co, not a .com like it shows. Something felt off. They also wrote, "You can file it yourself for the state fee of $70 directly with the State Corporation Commission," but that's not even the real name for our state's filing office. The whole thing just doesn't seem right.
