Ordered storage boxes, got flower sashes instead, then the website vanished.
They sent a tracking number saying the boxes were delivered on 1/24/2023. The only thing I got that day was a tiny package with two burgundy sashes with flowers on them. The USPS tracking on that package was different. The return address on it was 8000 N. Virginia St., Reno, NV 89506.
When I told them I got the wrong item, they wouldn't refund me because their tracking showed a delivery. After I kept trying to contact them, they just shut down their website and the [email protected] email. Now there's no way to reach them at all. I never got the boxes.
