Call using my maiden name about legal papers

Someone called me and used my maiden name. That already felt strange because I haven't gone by that name in years.

The guy said his name was Nick Wilson and he was retaining delivery certified legal documentation for tomorrow April 21st between 3 to 5pm at my home or place of employment. He said if I had questions or needed to reschedule I had to call the filing office at (833) 882-8991. He just said thank you and plan accordingly.

No company name was given just that phone number and an address in Texas. I didnt lose any money but it felt like a debt collection scam.
