Facebook ad for clothes that were not what they said
The website says hassle free 30 day returns. But when I tried to return I got stuck in an endless bot chat. They kept offering me 10%, then 20%, then 40% refund. I told them I don’t want a refund because the product is worthless. Then they said I would have to ship it back to China and it would cost me almost as much as I paid. There is no phone number or address for the company anywhere. I uploaded the email chains but I think it’s just a bot the whole time. Lost about $135.

There’s no phone number or address listed anywhere. Just the bot emails I uploaded.

What arrived was garbage material and workmanship nothing like the pictures. They say easy return but when you try to return it you have to send it to China. You get it there and you pay for it in less than 30 days or no refund. Then they say it takes usually 4 to 5 weeks and they'll give you 10% if you want the parcel refund and keep the product instead. Pure scam. Pure fraud.
