Kept getting charged for turmeric capsules after I canceled

I keep getting these Nivelle Turmeric capsules in the mail every month, and I keep getting charged for them. I canceled the autopay a while ago. I've even disputed the charges on my credit card, but they just keep coming. The last charge was on 4/5/2026.

I checked their website, and it says I have no orders or subscriptions. But they're still sending the capsules and charging me. It doesn't make any sense. I even got a new credit card number, and the charges are still happening.
