Text about paying NJ MVC but website doesn't match

Got a text message from someone pretending to be the NJ Bureau of Motor Vehicles. They sent me a website to pay but the domain doesn't match the real NJ.GOV site. The website they gave was https://nj.gov-mcl.help/mvc/. The phone number was (147) 958-0125. They said no address, Bound Brook, NJ 08805. No email either just [email protected]. I didn't lose any money but it felt off right away. The whole thing didn't make sense.
