Ordered cheap toothpaste but got charged way more with no way to cancel

I thought I was buying some toothpaste that was supposed to be around $22. Then a few days later I get a charge for $59.99 instead. I have tried to figure out how to cancel this but there is no information on how to do that. Their website does not work and I can’t find anything about it anywhere.
