Ordered something that never showed up and they said it was delivered

I ordered a product and waited over 2 weeks and still didn't get it. So I emailed them and they said it had been delivered. But their tracking number couldn't be found or tracked by the USPS at all. So I have no proof it was actually sent.

I paid $40 for this. Now I'm out the money and nothing I can do about it. They just keep saying it was delivered but won't help me.

Ordered hair ties but got one in the mail instead

I ordered some hair ties online and when the package came I opened it and there was just one single hair tie inside. Not a pack or anything. Just one. I don't even know who sent it because there wasn't really a company name on anything. I paid for a whole set and got this one little thing. Felt kind of weird. No way to call anyone or email about it either. I didn't lose a lot of money but still.
