Sent back an item and never got my money back
I bought something online and it cost me $209. I returned the product like I was supposed to. They promised a refund, but I never got it.
I've called several times trying to get an answer. No one ever responds. It's been impossible to get through to anyone.
I just want my money back for the item I sent back. They said they would refund me and they haven't.
