Got a letter for someone who doesn't live here and is dead

Got this letter in the mail. The person it's addressed to never lived at this address and they are deceased. I don't know how they got that name or where they got the address. The letter had some personal information on it but I took that off. No idea what they want. I didn't lose any money but this is just weird. The phone number on it is (888) 404-4504 and there's an email [email protected]. No website listed. Address they put is none listed, VA 99999. Just a scam letter I guess.
