Monthly subscription I never signed up for keeps charging my card

There’s a monthly subscription showing up on my credit card for $39.99 and I have no idea what it is. I never signed up for anything like this. It just started showing up a few months ago.

I called the number on the statement but nobody picks up. I tried looking up the name but nothing comes up that makes sense. The charge is $39.99 every month and I want it to stop. My bank said they can’t do anything unless I have more info but I don’t know who it is.
