Ordered once no subscription but they took money anyway
I emailed Angela at Noor over and over and no response. They say there is a refund if product doesnt work and hair growth on that refund but nothing. The product is a scam.
Angela remember sending this confirming if I didnt punch button I would not be subscribed and I sure as hell never punched that button. Return my money on the second order you stole from my account that I never ordered. Angela acknowledged before I finished the first order no subscriptions but she lied.
Charged for a subscription I never authorized, still no refund
I contacted them right away to stop the shipment and asked for my money back. They did stop the shipment, so I never got any package. But they never processed the refund.
I've tried reaching out to their support email and the phone number listed, but I haven't gotten my refund. The money just came out of my account for something I didn't order.
