Charged for a subscription I never authorized, still no refund

I got charged by Noor Hair Official for an order I never even authorized. It was one of those subscription traps. The charge on my card was for $98.85.

I contacted them right away to stop the shipment and asked for my money back. They did stop the shipment, so I never got any package. But they never processed the refund.

I've tried reaching out to their support email and the phone number listed, but I haven't gotten my refund. The money just came out of my account for something I didn't order.
